We now have 4 different income-generating areas that will help to pay off some of our operational expenses. We look forward to gradually developing these areas so that we are able to be more and more self-sufficient.
We are already saving about US$1,000 per month by cultivating maize and potatos for food in parts of the undeveloped lands in the compound of Druk Amitabha Mountain. Even though this is not a huge amount, it does help to reduce the food expenses.
